Ms. Weinstein is founder of the International Nursing Leadership Institute (INLI); she is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and Vice President/Dean of the DC Chapter. She holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned international recognition for professional speakers. This makes her one of only 12% of all speakers to hold this designation and one of only 22 nurses in the world with this credential. Her book entitled B is for Balance, 12 Steps Toward a More Balanced Life at Home and at Work, 2nd ed was awarded 1st place in Consumer Health for 2015 by the American Journal of Nursing (AJN). A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, she is a member of the professional advisory board for Kaplan University and an international spokesperson for fatigue and its impact on outcomes. Ms. Alexander serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Infusion Nurses Society and the Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation. In addition to her dual CEO role, she also serves as the editor of the Journal of Infusion Nursing. Her role as CEO has taken Mary across the globe, where she has delivered infusion education programs to clinicians in Armenia, Brazil, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, and Russia and helped spread the influence of INS to our international colleagues.

She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association.

Ms. Hess is an acute care educator with expertise in critical care. She has spoken at national and international conferences, and she serves as an adjunct clinical instructor at a major Washington-DC based University School of Nursing. She utilizes evidence based information as the foundation for her presentations, and easily translates theory into global practice. Her intention is to have learners transform from focusing on the “why” of the task, through critical thinking.

Dr. Ryan is Charlotte Peck Lienemann and Alumni Distinguished Chair, Director of International Programs University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing, Omaha. She is a former Dean of two University Medical Center Colleges of Nursing. A member of the Institute of Medicine and Fellow of the Academy of Nursing, Dr. Ryan has served on the boards of Institute for Health Improvement (IHI), American International Health Alliance (AIHA), Institute for Behavioral Healthcare Improvement (IBHI), and Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ)/Institute of Medicine (IOM) committees and Fellowship Selection Chair.

Ms. Younger has over 35 years of management experience both in a large Midwest Healthcare System and starting a nursing education program from the ground up. Member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Kentucky and recognized as one of the 50 Outstanding Nursing Alumni by the University of Kentucky College of Nursing, she received Indiana University’s Distinguished Alumni Award for outstanding contributions to international nursing and was selected as one of the IU School of Nursing Top 100 Alumni Legacy Leaders. She currently serves as Board chair for Women’s Global Cancer Alliance, an organization dedicated to control cervical cancer deaths in Haiti.
