Ms. Weinstein is founder of the International Nursing Leadership Institute (INLI); she is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Past President of the DC Chapter. She is Chair of the NSA Certification Committee (2019-2022). She holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned international recognition for professional speakers. Less than 17 percent of the 5,000+ speakers worldwide, who belong to the 14-member associations of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), currently hold this professional designation. And, she is one of only 23 nurses in the world with this credential. Sharon is also a Certified Virtual Presenter. Her book entitled B is for Balance, 12 Steps Toward a More Balanced Life at Home and at Work, 2nd ed was awarded 1st place in Consumer Health for 2015 by the American Journal of Nursing (AJN). A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, she is a member of the professional advisory board for Purdue University Global, and an international spokesperson for fatigue and its impact on outcomes. She is a Judge for the Sharecare Awards, and a Professional Expert in Nursing for Sharecare, Inc.

She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association. She is the recipient of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders Lifetime Achievement Award.

A member of the Institute of Medicine and Fellow of the Academy of Nursing, Dr. Ryan has served on the boards of Institute for Health Improvement (IHI), American International Health Alliance (AIHA), Institute for Behavioral Healthcare Improvement (IBHI), and Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ)/Institute of Medicine (IOM) committees and Fellowship Selection Chair.

Ms. Younger has over 35 years of management experience both in a large Midwest Healthcare System and starting a nursing education program from the ground up.  Member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Kentucky and recognized as one of the 50 Outstanding Nursing Alumni by the University of Kentucky College of Nursing, she received Indiana University’s Distinguished Alumni Award for outstanding contributions to international nursing and was selected as one of the IU School of Nursing Top 100 Alumni Legacy Leaders. She currently serves as Board chair for Women’s Global Cancer Alliance, an organization dedicated to control cervical cancer deaths in Haiti.
